Remove the two side brackets and two crossbars from the packaging.

Insert the crossbars into the tubes on both side brackets, but do not tighten yet.

With assistance, carefully place the assembled rack onto your truck bed rails.

Use the provided ālock-in placeā brackets to secure the rack sides to the bed rails.

For Toyota trucks with factory-installed cargo rails, use T-nuts (sold separately) for installation.

Once aligned and properly positioned, tighten the nuts on the crossbars and side brackets to secure the rack firmly.

Can this fit any truck?
Yes! This rack features a universal mounting system designed to fit most mid-size and full-size truck beds. If you have a particularly small bed, fitment may vary.
Which Tuff Stuff Overland tents are compatible?
The Trailhead, Delta, and Alpha II roof top tents fit perfectly on this 40" rack. For larger tents, we recommend our 51" RTT Bed Rack.
What can I mount on top of the rack?
While itās designed for roof top tents, you can also mount other gear such as lumber, pipes, recovery boards, and tools.
Can I attach additional accessories?
Yes, you can easily mountĀ sand tracks, farm jacks, RotopaX cans, and shovels. However, awnings are not recommended due to limited clearance.
Can I use my tonneau cover with this rack?
No, this rack is not compatible with tonneau covers or any accessories that affect the inner bed rails.
Is it compatible with the Jeep Gladiator?
Yes! The Jeep Gladiator is compatible, and no modifications are needed.
