If you want to return an item, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you the return address and return authorization number.
Returns will only be accepted within 30 days of the receipt of your product. The product must be returned unopened in the original packaging.
You are responsible for the return shipping.
We do not accept returns of used products. You should also provide us with a receipt of your purchase and a reason for returning the item.
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, Overland Junction will issue a refund for the full amount or a partial amount (If the product was opened and used).
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-5 days. Refund amount will be for your total purchase amount minus the restocking fee.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company as it may take a little time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately clearance items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at: 1-833-205-7703.
You are responsible for the return shipping. We will provide you the return address and RMA to go on the shipping label.
We charge a 20% restocking fee on all products.
Any order that gets cancelled after 72 hours is subject to a 10% admin fee if your order has shipped.
