Here's how our return policy is different from other companies:
- Free Return Shipping! We take care of the return shipping - Unlike other retailers, we do not ask you to pay for the return shipping.
- $0 Restocking Fee - We do not charge restocking fee like most companies. (Most retailers charge 25% restocking fee)
If you want to return an item, please send an email to email@example.com and we will send you the return address and return authorization number.
Returns will only be accepted within 30 days of the receipt of your product. The product must be returned unopened in the original packaging.
We do not accept returns of used products. You should also provide us with a receipt of your purchase and a reason for returning the item.
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, Overland Junction will issue a refund for the full amount or a partial amount (If the product was opened and used).
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-5 days. Refund amount will be for your total purchase amount.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company as it may take a little time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately clearance items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com or call us at: 1-833-205-7703.
FREE Return Shipping - We will take care of the return shipping. Someone from our customer support team will get in touch with you to schedule a pickup.
We do not charge a restocking fee like most companies do.
Any order that gets cancelled after 72 hours is subject to a 10% admin fee if your order has shipped.
