Refund And Return Policy

Returns

    If you want to return an item, please send an email to info@overlandjunction.com and we will send you the return address and return authorization number.

    Returns will only be accepted within 30 days of the receipt of your product. The product must be returned unused in the original packaging. We do not accept returns of used products. You are responsible for the return shipping.

    Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, Overland Junction will issue a refund for the full amount minus restocking fee. If the product was opened and used, the inspection will determine whether any partial refund can be given. 

    Refunds

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-5 days. Refund amount will be for your total purchase amount minus the restocking fee and any applicable shipping charges.

    Clearance items

    Only regular priced items may be refunded. Clearance items cannot be refunded.

    Exchanges

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@overlandjunction.com or call us at: 833-205-7703.

    Shipping

    You are responsible for the return shipping. We will provide you the return address and RMA to go on the shipping label.

    Restocking Fee

    As is custom in the industry and with almost all large items, we charge a 10% restocking fee on all returned products. 

    Cancellations

    Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, they fall under the return policies above, as we begin incurring fulfilment costs right away.
